Return policy

Pamola provide 14-day right of return. All you have to do is pack the clothes properly and buy a parcel label and then send it back to our address: Wienerbyen 1, 2830 Virum, Denmark. The clothing must be unused and returned in the same condition as you received it.

We will process your return within 10-12 days and the money will be returned via the same payment method used for the original transaction.

We do not offer exchanges on our webshop, you must place a new order on our site if you want a different style og size.
